Two of my yoga students expressed interest in making a series of yoga videos. We collaborated on a list of yoga postures that would be appropriate for beginners, people who are recovering from injury, and (mainly) people who have completed a cardiac rehabilitation program.
For those of you who took classes with me at my old studio, you’ll be pleased to see my two cats, Mog and Mau, participating in the series.
